How long will delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. Generally, domestic orders arrive within 2-5 business days, while international orders typically take 7-14 business days.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! Please return any unwanted products within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be undamaged and unused to qualify for a return.
Can I return my book for a refund?
Yes, absolutely! As long as your book is returned within our 14-day window and is in original condition, we're happy to process a refund for you.
How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, please email us at info@emf-publishing.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you return instructions and the address to send your items back to.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part. In those cases, we'll cover the return shipping costs or arrange for collection.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we'll make sure it's in its original condition and process your refund within 3-5 business days. Depending on your payment method and bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
How do I track my order?
Good news! If tracking is available for your order, you'll find your tracking link right in your shipping confirmation email. Just click and follow your book's journey to you!
What happens if no one is home when my order is delivered?
Most of our couriers will leave your package in a safe place or with a neighbour if you're not home. If that's not possible, they'll typically leave a card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collection from a local depot.
My order arrived damaged
Oh no! We're so sorry to hear that happened. Please email photos of the damaged items to info@emf-publishing.com, and we'll make it right by sending a replacement or processing a refund right away.
My order never arrived
That's definitely not what we want to hear! Please email us at info@emf-publishing.com, and our team will jump into action to investigate what happened to your delivery and make sure you get your item(s)!

We work with a wonderful range of courier partners including Evri, Royal Mail, and DPD to make sure you get the best possible service based on your location. We choose the most reliable option for each delivery to get your books to you safely and efficiently!
